Specifically, its use in the article ACQ-Kingdom Broadcasting Network, and on articles about member stations of the network on the english-langauge Wikipedia, where ACQ-KBN Sonshine TV and the "Kingdom Broadcasting Network" is a major subject, to identify ACQ-KBN Sonshine TV, is legitimate fair use. It does not deprive the copyright holder of any revenue, and the public use of logos to identify their owners is a standard example of fair use.
