The image AcornPhoebeCase.jpg is being linked here; though the image is originally copyright, I (TreveX^talk 16:36, 9 October 2005 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

The image is important to the article, depicting the distinctive yellow case for the Acorn Phoebe, which is discussed at some length in the text.
There are no known free or public domain alternatives to this image. These are especially unlikely to be found as the computer never went into procuction.
This image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the original image in any way.
