The Acid Soul is a grind used in Aggressive Inline Skating. It is similar to the Soul grind but differs in that the leading foot is positioned in the 'backside' position (with the heel of the skate pointing towards the object being ground). The trailing foot, like the Soul grind is placed on the sole plate of the skate, like a Makio. Sometimes the Acid Soul is abbreviated to just 'Acid'. Acid Souls can also be performed topsideknown as top acid once learnt it is an easy trick to get consistent.
