Talk:ACF Fiorentina
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In the text the author wrote that Soccer teams in Italy don't fail. This isn't true, Fiorentina is failed in the summer 2002. Actual Fiorentina is a new, reborn society, founded in 2002 (when the old AC Fiorentina was under failure after controlled administration). Fiorentina was refused in Serie B because it doesn't own necessary money (was not failed yet.. only three months later)
I don't change that because my english isn't perfect.
PS I am Kanchelskis, of it.wiki

Embarresment <Under Trivia?>
In the early 90s they had their shirts designed on computer and had to change them when a German viewer of Serie A football noticed that from a certain camera angle the white dots formed a swastika pattern.
[edit] Associazione Calcio Fiorentina
"Associazione Calcio Fiorentina" was the old failed society. ACF was his acronym and was part of the team logo.
The new society (of Mr. Della Valle) took the name ACF Fiorentina, where ACF does not mean anything, as it was just a way to mantain the old football logo. So, by now, is not correct to state ACF is an acronym of something.
[edit] Help
I am expanding the voice but I'm italian and my first language is (of course) italian. I can speak a good english but I can also do some mistakes. If someone could stand over my work, it would be better. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.18.136.83 (talk) 09:13, 2 April 2008 (UTC)
