[edit] Additions to Spandex
Thanks for your additions to Spandex. Some good historical discussion on spandex and comics. However, perhaps the discussion is a little too long for an article about spandex? Also it really does need to be sourced/referenced. --Mattarata 07:51, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
- I don't know how to make it any smaller and still be both correct and complete. The previous version simply said superheros wear spandex, which is a vast oversimplification. --Ace Frahm 19:23, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

- Looks like someone took the 2nd paragraph out already. I don't know which of you is right, but i think it might be somewhere in between. --Mattarata 06:42, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

- I guess that's what "better" is. This time is OK. Others were not. It's soooo hard to watch your contributions get zapped. The worst is when others seem dead set to erase valuable contributions forever (and over and over). It's so easy to drive a newbie away forever when it looks like they aren't "allowed" to make a difference, when the newbie thinks the ROI doesn't make sense thanks to zealots fighting him. It's easy to think nobody cares, or worse, that your contribs are HATED. --Ace Frahm 10:32, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Notability of Content Construction Kit
Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Content Construction Kit, by Nuttah68 (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Content Construction Kit seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Content Construction Kit, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. --Android Mouse Bot 2 17:07, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Darlington
Whether or not Darlington, Co Durham deserves the article space "Darlington" is debatable. I believe convention says that as it was first there it gets the article space. However, moving articles isnt just a case of clicking the Move button - your move has done a lot of collateral damage that you might like to clean up. Pit-yacker 13:04, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
- PS You will be glad to know there are only around 400 articles in main name space that need fixing ;) Pit-yacker 13:23, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
