1. The image is a low-resolution cropped image from Doctor Who Magazine;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes about the character Ace, showing how she appeared in the classic Doctor Who television series as opposed to later representations of the character;
3. No more free alternative exists;
4. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the copyright holders commercial use of the image in question.
