Unfortunately we are unable to further your application as only adults are allowed to adopt due to the safety risks of being in the railway environment.

This is a ridiculous, as, at Hykeham Station, there is no risks. There would be risks if Hykeham was on the ECML, as you could get frazzled if you fell into the rails (!), but at Hykeham, there is no overhead wires, and no third rail. If you wish to discuss this matter, please use User talk:ACBest

From lincoln central i can get to the following, however, the GNER is change at Newark North Gate, TPExpress is change at Grimsby, Midland Mainline is change at nottingham, first capital connect is change at peterborough and one is change at peterborough and Virgin trains & Hull trains is change at Doncaster:
