Khmer Rouge victims

According to this CNN/AP story from April 21, 2000 (http://archives.cnn.com/2000/STYLE/arts/04/21/cambodia.facing.death.ap/), these photos were printed from negatives discovered in 1993 by two photojournalists in a (Khmer, I suppose) prison archive..... I do not know if anybody might hold a copyright on the collage per se—maybe the Tuol Sleng Museum (cf. also this travel report (http://www.btinternet.com/~andy.brouwer/overview.htm), indicating that this museum exhibits such a collage). The nature of this image, as a historic record makes me believe it is usable under fair use provisions in us law. Zeimusu | (Talk page) 13:59, 23 May 2005 (UTC)

I believe I saw some of these images in a Discovery program called "Pol Pot: Inside Evil" which aired at 9:00 PM on Channel 8 in the Seattle area.
