Acácio Alfredo Casimiro (born March 24, 1949 in Lisbon, Portugal) is a former Portuguese football player and now manager.

Casimiro played for Boavista F.C.. On June 18, 2006 Casimiro became head-coach of Azadegan League outfit Sanat Naft F.C.. He left them in 2007.
