Abzal Rakimgaliev (born May 25, 1992 in Almaty) is a Kazakhstani figure skater. He is the 2007 Kazakhstan national champion and is a two season competitor on the Junior Grand Prix circuit. He is the 2005 Warsaw Cup champion.
