Registered to "an Australian school (via AAPT Limited)" according to talk page. I can't make heads or tails of Whois except that we're definitely in Victoria, probably in the Melbourne area, based on articles edited — Whois

Synopsis: Just over 300 contributions since June 2003; almost all (>90%) childish vandalism, a few good edits. Nine blocks by nine different admins since October 2005. edit count GTBacchus^(talk) 02:39, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

- most edits are too articles that are current, relating to education (homework edits) and, based on the edits to Melbourne High School, I think this is where the IP originates from.
