[edit] Block template
After a great deal of vandalism from your IP address, a Wikipedia administrator contacted the organization your IP address is registered to. We have come to the conclusion that this address should remain blocked for as long as it remains registered to that school and a significant chance of vandalism remains. Details on the discussion can be found here.
If this address is no longer assigned to the organization found through that link or you believe that you have been blocked in error, please contact the blocking administrator.

Dear Mr/Ms/Mrs <NAME>,
I am a volunteer editor of Wikipedia, a multilingual project to create a complete and accurate open content encyclopedia. The English-language version may be viewed on the Web at http://en.wikipedia.org/. A fundamental component of Wikipedia is that it may be edited by anyone, so long as their edits benefit the goal of creating an encyclopedia. This approach has the downside that it exposes us to large-scale vandalism, something that we are always trying to combat. We do this by blocking abusive users from editing, either temporarily or permanently.
An IP address registered to you, <ADDRESS>, has repeatedly vandalised pages on Wikipedia. You may see a full documentation of the vandalism at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Abuse_reports/<LOCATION>. I'm writing to you to ask if you can inform the user that such behavior is not acceptable and goes against any code of academic ethics. Any other help you can give us would be greatly appreciated.
Please note that while I write out of concern for Wikipedia that I am not an official contact. If you wish to make an official contact to Wikipedia, please use one of the resources listed at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Contact_us.
Thank you very much for your time,
<NAME>
