64.80.225.13 (talk • contribs • deleted contribs • WHOIS • RDNS • trace • RBLs • http • block user • block log) School IP with a talk page filled with warnings. (Including two final warnings within the past two months, and one as recently as last week. Looking at the contributions I see repeated vandal edits over the course of the last two months. This was originally reported to WP:AIV and rejected as "Bad" due to some bizarre combination of "lack of recent vandalism" and "lack of sufficient warning" (though what warning is available after the final warning posted twice is beyond me. -- TRTX T / C 23:12, 25 April 2008 (UTC)

I declined to block 64.80.225.13 as reported to AIV: Bad AIV report, explained here and here. This should not have gone to an abuse report IMHO. Toddst1 (talk) 23:45, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
This abuse report has been rejected. Rejected. I second that, this one has only been blocked once. Thank's for trying to help, but I suggest you study our policies before you attempt to file reports at WP:AIV and WP:ABUSE. GO-PCHS-NJROTC (talk) 00:04, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
