IP has 314 edits, not all of which are malicious. ([1])
- Addendum: ~20 or so edits are made in good faith, the rest appear to be vandalism
IP has 19 warnings, 7 of which are final warnings, or those that suggest that the user will be blocked upon the next instance of vandalism. These warnings are spread out over a period of 3 years, with vandalism levels increasing since June 2006. ([2])
