Shared IP with long history of vandalism and abuse. Apparently had been previously blocked long term and ban has only recently been lifted, with repeated incidents of vandalism since August 25. Since the 25th, there have been 12 edits, 9 have been vandalism.

The first edit originating from this address was made 03:51, 2 September 2005 , which was simply changing a full stop to an exclamation mark. the first piece of blatant vandalism, which the user was warned for was this. Subsequent Edits have also generally been blatant vandalism such as [1] [2] which lead to first blocking
