Discussion This IP has a history of vandalism sprees separated by periods of inactivity. It has six previous blocks - the last one was for three months and ended in January. There appear to be no constructive edits whatsoever from this IP. —Torc. (Talk.) 23:24, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
- Congradulations! Your report has been accepted! GO-PCHS-NJROTC (talk) 16:16, 24 February 2008 (UTC)

- Actually, most of those blocks weren't recent after taking a second look at the block log, but it's always great to stop a vandal, right? Just be more careful from now on. GO-PCHS-NJROTC (talk) 23:11, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
- True, as mentioned, the last one was in January. Still, the vandalism is persistent and the IP contributes nothing. Even if the vandalism and blocks are spread out in time, the IP is still running at near a 100% vandalism rate, so it's clear the IP somehow attracts vandals. Since filing this report, the IP has made 10 edits, all vandalism. —Torc. (Talk.) 00:47, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
- Regardless, they've been contacted, hopefully the vandal(s) will be busted. GO-PCHS-NJROTC (talk) 04:35, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
- I've just been looking at this range: 169.199.123.x and virtually all edits, from dozens of different IPs under that range, are vandalism. The vandalism is ongoing and active (i.e. some just yesterday such as 169.199.123.30, but has been going on for many months for roughly a year), and I suspect it may be the same vandal or vandals as this 169.199.38. case? The whole 169.199.x.x appears to belong to the same organisation, and it seems as though they have not responded meaningfully to the complaint, I would suggest a block myself (possibly just to some subranges) David Joffe (talk) 23:58, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
