Not one non-vandalism related edit since they first started "contributing" in March of 2006. Belongs to a school.

[edit] Initial Report
According to the report run at Tue Sep 18 17:12:19 2007 GMT, this IP address is responsible for 44 total edits to 24 different pages. The earliest edit from this address was in November 2005, but the IP's most active month has been the current month, September 2007. Month-to-date, there have been 24 edits from this address. This IP has yet to be blocked, despite the fact that it has yet to make any productive edits (see details below). Lack of a block is not an indication of the severity of this issue, as it seems that each "session" of vandalism is not quite prolonged enough to warrant reporting to administrators for an immediate block.
