LONG line of vandalism, block temporerily many times, a few minuites ago (about 10:08PM GMT) another unconstructive edit. Enough is enough.

This abuse report has been rejected. Rejected. The IP does not have a substantive enough history of vandalism or a large enough block log to warrant an investigation :( Also, according to its WHOIS, it appears to be registered to a single person, so there is no ISP to report abuse to.
