Nowhere in the article (or at least not in the first sentence where it should) does it explicitly state what country or locality he reigned over. To say he's a sultan, or of the Saadi Dynasty does not make it sufficiently clear to someone like myself (an East Asian specialist) that he ruled over a pre-modern predecessor to Morocco.
