An image from the UK's Channel 4 News of Abu Izzadeen on 20 September 2006. Abu Izzadeen was heckling the Home Secretary John Reid speaking at the time. The original photograph was taken by Reuters and subsequently released into the punlic domain via the news network. The image is cropped so that only Izzadeen is visible, and is of sufficiently small size and quality that I believe it qualifies as a reasonable fair use rationale.
