Abundance mentality

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Abundance mentality, or abundance mindset, is a frame of mind in which a person believes there is "enough for everyone". It is commonly contrasted with the scarcity mindset, which is founded on the idea that, given a finite amount of resources, a person must hoard their belongings and protect them from others.

The abundance mentality technique is also a staple of many self-improvement methods focusing on positive thinking.[1]
