Abubakar Abdul Rahim

Abubakar Abdul Rahim was the governor of the Indian state of Meghalaya from 1989 to 1991. He was born in 1920 in Kollam district in Kerala and died in 1995. He founded Fatima Collge of Pharmacy. [1]
