There are plans to build a K-12 school with a nursery that will cater to 2000 students. [3]. The construction plan was divided into three phases. [4] First Phase included an area of 43 000 square meters, a total of 50 classrooms, 6 computer labs, 2 scientific labs, 8 specialized labs and an auditorium with a seating capacity of 630, along with other various facilities. Phases two and three included expansion of facilities, increasing total capacity for 10,000 students.Abu Dhabi University gives major importance to the university requirements courses and considers them equally important to the major and also the degree requirements. It is very interesting to know that during the first year students are not allowed to take any major courses and have to spend two semesters enjoying requirements.
