From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Absalon of Caesarea is a saint and martyr.

He is reported as having been martyred at Caesarea, a companion of bishop Lucius.

Their feast day is celebrated on March 22.

Recent studies have concluded that the location of their martyrdom may be in error.[citation needed]
