Should we actually link to the online scanned copy? According to http://math.sfu.ca/~cbm/aands/ it was scanned by someone who wishes to remain anonymous. I'm guessing the scanned version is a copyvio. --Salix alba (talk) 14:41, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
