I have no objection to the proposed deletion, but if it is retained, it desperately needs a name change: abroad is an adverb, not an adjective, players could apply to any pastime or sport. Kevin McE (talk) 17:55, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

- Not really any better. It still does not specify what they play, and abroad is subjective: every player in Iraq is abroad as far as 99.57% of the world population is concerned Kevin McE (talk) 14:50, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
