[edit] Abe Laboriel: also a singer?

Is Abraham Laboriel the bassist the same Abe Laboriel who made a big impact in Mexico covering 1950's rock and roll standards in Spanish? I suspect so, because black Mexicans are few and far between, and the singer (whom I saw once in television) was extremely talented... and I wouldn't be surprised if we were talking about the same person... Oh, duh, I did my research. Abe is the bassist, his brother Johnny is the singer. An extremely popular, extremely charismatic singer of Spanish covers of old R&R standards, plus a few original ones. Now we know... Demf 01:31, 10 October 2006 (UTC)

When I saw Paul Macartney's Back in the US DVD, I noticed how talented is the drummer, Abe Laboriel. Because of his last name, I thaugth, he must be relative to Johnny Laboriel, now I see.
