Abraaj Capital is a Dubai-based investment firm specializing in the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia, which is commonly referred to as the (MENASA) region.

The firm's primary strengths include private equity buyouts, strategic minority block positions in public enterprises, and real estate investments within the MENASA region. It currently has US$4 billion under management.

Arif Naqvi is the Founder of Abraaj Capital and presently serves as the CEO and Executive Vice Chairman.

  • According to Pakistan's Dawn News, Abraaj Capital is planning to invest in the refinery company of Bosicor Pakistan Limited. They are also building Pakistan's tallest high rises, The Karachi Financial Towers, which is estimated at 37 stories. They started their major expansion in Pakistan's Markets by acquiring a Steel Powerhouse, Manan Shahid Forgings Limited. They plan to invest over a Billion Dollars in Pakistan in different projects, within the next five years.
