[edit] Blocking

I'm sorry to hear you got blocked "in the crossfire". We're aware that this is a problem, and I believe there is a bug outstanding in our bug database that, once fixed, will allow pre-existing signed-in users such as yourself to use IP addresses that have been blocked. In the meantime it's probably no consolation to know that you're not the only user stricken by this problem (it's something that AOL-ers in particular seem to hit, due to the way AOL reuses IP addresses). If it happens to you again, you can email the WikiEN-l list (described at Wikipedia:Mailing lists) and ask someone to unblock you (make sure you mention that you've been blocked accidentally in this way, so it's clear that your email doesn't come from some thwarted vandal). -- John Fader 17:28, 4 Mar 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Fellow West Tulsan

Hey WestTulsa. I am also from West Tulsa, Berryhill specifically. My grandparents bought a new house there in the 50s for $6,500 on an acre, and financed it for 30 years! Wish I could do that. Anyway, I think you wrote the Bible belt part of the article, and from the sound of it, you attend 1st Pentecostal. Me too! If so this, is Phillip. --Philcarr 16:42, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
