Article policies

The picture - it looks a lot like Kerrea Gilbert to me. Anyone agreee?

According to the page it's been lifted from [1], it's actually of Quincy Owusu-Abeyie, and I'm inclined to agree with them, though the poor quality of the pic makes it hard to tell. In any case, it's mistakenly labelled as public domain when it's actually a copyvio so I've tagged it for deletion. Qwghlm 00:26, 2 March 2006 (UTC)
On second thoughts, it doesn't look that much like Kerrea Gilbert!
