Why is the URL to SPECIAL a red "=edit" link? WikiPedia already has an article on SPECIAL, the "rules system" used in the Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 CRPGs: < http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SPECIAL_System >. Please, someone who knows how to, fix this. Peter Knutsen 02:07, 7 October 2005 (UTC)
