Do you have any sources for your recent edits to the Sabbath article? Vincent Valentine 20:56, 13 May 2006 (UTC)

No- I thought it more like common knowledge, since so many people would have experienced this in different Christian groups- the point of that section is that there are some groups who believe this, and some who believe that- and I know there are quite a large number of groups who believe and teach the additions that I wrote down.
- You need a reference, I've never heard the term used in that context. Find a group that believes that or keeps it as doctrine and let me know. Vincent Valentine 12:53, 14 May 2006 (UTC)

Here's something. http://www.quaker.org/quest/issue-9-angell-02.htm refers to the Quaker concept (as expressed by George Fox, the founder of the Quakers) that the Sabbath is an inward attitude of rest rather than an exact time. Which is the same idea that I was trying to express- that for some groups what matters is the approach rather than a specific day- it can be any day; and for other groups, even any time period. Again, this is not to say that they are right- that section is simply listing different beliefs about this idea.
- Excellent. I'll add the site as a reference. Vincent Valentine 22:09, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Christian X of Denmark and the Yellow Star
Greetings Abdul
I have posted a reply on Talk:Christian X of Denmark. You might also find this page interesting. Happy editing. Valentinian (talk) / (contribs) 09:43, 22 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] request about dodos
I can't see how your changes to the Flock of Dodos page make the section any more neutral. Please discuss any changes in the talk page before you change the main article, and do not keep reverting back. Thank you. Best wishes, William2233 22:25, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Hello?
Hi,
I found your username by pure coincidence, and it happens to be the name of the teacher that taught me biology last year, and from whom I learned a lot. If you are indeed that teacher, then you will probably recognize me from my userpage. However if you are not the Abdul Muhib that I know, please accept my appologies for wasting your time.
Have a nice day,

- I'm glad it was you. ^^ How have you been? From the last thing I've heard you were in Seattle (or in Washington state at least). Are your plans of living in Yemen still working? In GWA the things have changed quite a bit. The school changed the biology textbook. The field is slowly growing, and we all hope it will be good enough to host other soccer tournaments. Most of the teachers are leaving next year so we (the students) are expecting a complete change in the staff for our senior year. Hope you are not missing Morocco too much. :)

I hope you will come to Morocco soon enough to say hi or something! What do you do in Seattle? Are you still teaching? Everything is good in Morocco, the weather finally got warmer, but there is quite a lot of rain as well. Bobby and I are going to play for the "Festival of the Arts" in a couple of days, so we're pretty excited. Have you heard of the recent discovery of an extrasolar planet whose atmosphere contains water? The planet is referred to as HD 209458 b. Did you know about it?

[edit] EFI citations
Thank you for adding sources for the information you updated the other day in the Evangelical Friends International article. The only problem is that they are not setup to make it clear which pieces of information come from which source. I'm happy to fix the code so that the sources use the Wikipedia format, but I need to know where to put the reference links in, if you could offer some guidance here it would be helpful. --Ahc 04:50, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
