I didn't put the hangon tag here, but Lieutenant General is three stars, and Pakistan is a reasonably large country. I don't see it as a slam-dunk speedy. Herostratus 09:04, 17 November 2006 (UTC)

The name of the article should not include the rank. Please rename as Abdul Qayyum. The article is about a retired Lieutenant General of the Pakistan Army, and should reflect that in the introduction.
