Abdullahi Musa Liman was born on 2nd january 1960 to the humble family of Alhaji Musa A Liman, he was born in the acient city of Bauchi.He came from a strong background of late Sa'adu Zungur. He attended Crescent Nur/Pri school Lagos where he started his elementary school, he left lagos to Bauchi when he was in primary five, he joined Abubakar Tafawa Balewa staff school where he completed his primary Six.

In search of light he proceeded to Zaria Academy in the acient city of Zaria where he did his Secondary School, he excelled without borders,he then proceeded in search of good Education and concreate background of Studies to INTI INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY Malaysia where e Obtained his degree in Software Engineering.He then proceeded to Coventry University London to get his Masters in Networking. He was very lucky to have made his Millions at his early twenties through wise investments, hard work and sheer luck of being at the right place at the right time.

After the struggles of Studies he became a successful business man, he owns the most prestigious School named LEEMS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL which has four bracnhes in Bauchi, Lagos,Abuja and Kaduna

He turned back inspite his wealth to serve his nation, he aspired for the Senatorial seat of Bauchi South, where he got the mandate un-opposed.He remains the longest serving senator in Nigeria, he served for fifteen (15) good years. After his Senatorial days, when went back to pure and full private business.

He owns the most successful software comapany named LEEMSOFT which is based in Silicon Valley in the southern part of the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California, United States.

Liman began to realize the expectations others had of him when public opinion mounted that he could give more of his wealth to charity. Liman and his wife combined three family foundations into one to create the charitable LEEMS Foundation, which is the largest transparently operated charitable foundation in the world. The foundation is setup to allow benefactors access how its money is being spent, unlike other major charitable organizations.The generosity and extensive philanthropy of his father ALHAJI MUSA LIMAN has been credited as a major influence.

The foundation's grants have provided funds for college scholarships for under-represented minorities, AIDS prevention, diseases prevalent in third world countries.

He is happily married to one wife and has seven children.
