Abdullah Uglü Büğlu (1919, 1995) was a member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey from 1969 till 1991 and an unofficial member of the then-banned Republican People's Party. He was a close ally of Bülent Ecevit and served in his cabinet as Minister of Finance for a brief term in 1977.
