Abdul Ghaffar may refer to:
- Abdul Ghaffar (Guantanamo detainee 1032), reported to have been born in Kandahar in 1958 - still in detention in Guantanamo, as of 2006
- Maulvi Abdul Ghaffar (Guantanamo detainee - not in the official list), reported to have been released in January 2004, returned to command a company of Taliban, and subsequently killed in action on September 26, 2004.
- Abdul Ghafour (Guantanamo detainee 954), reported to have been born in Pattia Province in 1962 - still in detention in Guantanamo, as of 2006
- Haji Abdul Ghafour (Hezb-e-Islami Gulbuddin leader), Guantanamo detainee Juma Din was alleged to have served as a bodyguard for a senior Hezb-e-Islami Gulbuddin leader named Haji Abdul Ghafour.
