Abdoulaye Seye (born 30 July 1934) is a former Senegalese sprinter.

He competed for France in the 1960 Summer Olympics held in Rome, Italy in the 200 metres where he won the bronze medal. Although Senegal got their independence from France two months ahead of the Olympics, the country competed at its first Summer Olympics in 1964.

Seye also won the 100 metres gold medal at the 1959 Mediterranean Games.
