Abdi Deeqsi Warfaa, More known as (Abdi sinimoo) The first Somali Singer and songwriter. Born in 1920s in Jaarahorato,a historical village 7 Km west from Dilla and 25 miles north-east of Borama. He was the fourth son in a family of eighteen children, 9 boys and and 9 girls. The first band he created was in Borama during 1944 and it was called Balwo. Members of his band were:-

1- Cabdi Deeqsi Warfaa (Abdi Sinimoo) 2- Koobali Caashaad 3- Hussen Aare Meecaad 4- Xaashi Warsame 5- khadiija Ciye Dharaar (Khadiija Balwo) 6- Nuuriya Catiiq
