Dr. Abdelhamid Brahimi (Arabic: عبد الحميد براهيمي) (born April 2, 1936 in Constantine, Algeria) was the prime minister of Algeria under Chadli Bendjedid from January 22, 1984 until November 5, 1988. He has written several books, particularly about violence in Algeria.
