Abd al-Rahman ibn Habib was a Berber ruler in North Africa from the OQBID dynasty around 745 through 755 AD.
When Civil war erupted in 741 AD between the Syrians and the Spanish Arabs in the Iberian Peninsula, Abd al-Rahman ibn Habib intervened to support the Spanish Arabs with a contingent of African Arabs.
