Abd al-Rahman ben Uqba

Abd al-Rahman ben Uqba was the Wali, or governor, of Septimania, an Upper Mark (administrative division of the Cordobese emirate) that substituted Aumar ben Aumar in 755. During his governing, Narbonne was lost by conquest to the Franks.
