[edit] Plot Details

Bosco and Monroe attempt to stop a small-time mobster/restaurateur, Allie "The Actor" Nardo, who's trying to extort money from an honest businessman, Victor Tanzi, Sr., and his hotheaded son, but efforts at peacemaking only result in deadly recrimination, causing Bosco and Monroe to doggedly pursue the case. Meanwhile, Carlos desperately searches for a bone marrow match for his ailing baby daughter. With Doc's help, Carlos' plight gets national press attention, and Carlos receives a call from a crying woman claiming to be the mother who abandoned him.

[edit] Trivia

[edit] Quotes

  • Monroe: Tickets for bird feeding? Now that’s real police work.
Bosco: It’s a quality of life summons.
Monroe: All that’s gonna do is leave a bunch of hungry pigeons.
  • Guy: Oh, come on Officer, that’s pretty close. Cut me a break, man. That’s close.
Bosco: Look, the law does not say “pretty close.” It doesn’t say “somewhere in the neighborhood of 15 feet from a hydrant.”
