[edit] Genre
Don't call this band emo, hardcore, screamo, post-hardcore, etc. They are none of these genres.
---Why not? They scream their lyrics (common in hardcore, screamo, and post-hardcore), while playing power chords very fast, and very distorted (signature of hardcore punk rock). You have renamed it to rock. The Beatles is rock. A Static Lullaby is screamo or 'emocore'.
-they are neither screamo or emocore. they are metalcore/post-hardcore. Iii9ix3 03:56, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
-MetalCore?? Where are breackdowns and gitar riffs?
-- Screw that, they're totally post-hardcore. You can't say "Don't classify them as <insert genres here>" and then not off an alternative, by the way. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rotzak (talk • contribs) 17:57, August 29, 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Edit
So I deleted the part about some good songs by ASL. That's purely a matter of opinion (even if I did agree with most of it) and shouldn't be included in the article. I replaced it with a discography. If somebody wants to add the tracklisting, go for it, otherwise I'll do it later.
[edit] Known??
I've deleted "They are known for their heavy guitar lines and fast drums." Trey're not known. And their guitar lines and "fast drum" are equal to 100 other emocore bands...
[edit] New Demos
Deleted "The new demos have a lot of fans buzzing"
