Pink Floyd's "Us and Them" from "Dark Side of the Moon" contains the spoken phrase "give 'em a quick, short, sharp, shock" so obviously Robinson didn't invent the phrase. But where did the roadie for the band "Roger the Hat" whose recorded voice was used by Pink Floyd, get the phrase?

Could it be from Gilbert and Sullivan's The Mikado?
