This building is located in Shamshuipo, Kowloon, Hongkong. It was built in 1932, and the year of construction was engraved on the wall of the building. It currently accommodates a "tea cafe" on the ground floor. The current use of the floors above is unclear but it is assumed that they are occupied in residential purpose.
