[edit] ThanksThank you for your fixes to NTFS. Your corrections were entirely accurate (not always the case in that article) and it was nice to see. --Yamla 15:36, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] ROTJUm, I'm not trying to scare you off, but there is a reason why the article has not been brought into FAC yet. It's not ready. It still needs to have it's references doubled up on and requires information on the box office performance. I'd withdraw the FAC, before we receive any oppositions as it's not going to go well. I can almost assure you of that being that I oversaw all of the other previous FACs on the Star Wars films. The Filmaker 03:34, 18 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image:Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition trial.pngHow is my version blurry? Also, what do you mean by inferior quality? It's a lossless and pixel-to-pixel accurate PNG. --tyomitch 16:54, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Talk:Windows 2000Hello, it looks like I'm getting reverted by two editors, User:Warrens and User:Tyomitch on Windows 2000. Could you add your two cents to the talk page of Windows 2000? - Ta bu shi da yu 12:48, 28 August 2007 (UTC) [edit] Big girls don't cry editingHi, i'm an unregistered user of wikipedia and was wondering if you could help me with a question i want you to answer. In the article, "Big girls don't cry" (a song by Fergie) the section "Chart Performance" keeps getting deleted (the text) all about the song's performance on worldwide charts. I strongly believe that that article would be a really good one with that information, but people always delete it and it is really irritating me, so if you know why please let me know. [edit] Your sigHi. Your new sig is malformed (see [1]). You need to use the keyboard < and > keys and not the unicode numbers. Ask if you need a hand. -- Flyguy649 talk contribs 23:33, 1 October 2007 (UTC) [edit] Your AIV reportHey, just letting you know I've removed your report regarding 70.189.118.126 (talk · contribs) for the time being; you mentioned a dynamic IP address, but I didn't see mention of other user(s) or page(s) involved, and the particular page mentioned in the report (Glacéau) didn't seem to have tooooo much recent activity. If I'm missing something, or if you can provide some diffs that might enlighten, feel free to let me know or submit another report. This isn't a lecture by any means, just the list was getting a bit crowded and tends to move fast. ;) Thanks for your time! – Luna Santin (talk) 23:56, 1 October 2007 (UTC) [edit] Rose DeWitt Bukater's date of deathHello, A Raider Like Indiana. I'm certain that the reason that Rose's date of death was left as Unknown in that article, as well as not being specified in the Titanic article is because while a lot of (I would say most) people feel that she died at the end of that film, James Cameron stated, "It is to remain up to the viewer to decide weather Rose has passed away or is just dreaming." Therefore, we have no valid proof of when Rose died. I myself definitely feel that she died at the end of that film, just as Jack said that she would, and felt that it was/is a great foreshadowing instance in the film (as well as within all of cinema) and don't know why James Cameron wouldn't/won't just say, "Yeah, she died. It's true"...as I feel was his intention with that scene, but we cannot state that she died in 1997, when even James Cameron won't confirm it. I'm thinking you should change that back to Unknown. [edit] "Their is no SE for the prequel trilogy"Psh. Just wait. Haha. I didn't add that and wouldn't think it's appropriate, by the way, but it wouldn't nearly surprise me if they release a "special edition" in the not-too distant future for the PT. --lincalinca 01:38, 16 October 2007 (UTC) [edit] UserboxThe user box says you have over 10 contribs. You have 1000. I checked your edit count on that tool. ThundermasterTRUC 14:45, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] QuestionHello A Raider Like Indiana, would you like the rollback feature added to your account? It's a tool that will help you revert vandalism more quickly. Acalamari 19:52, 18 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] ProtectionI semi-protected your page per your request at RFPP. I also blocked one of those IPs that was messing with your page. Either way, just let me know when/if you want the protection lifted. :) Jmlk17 23:12, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Microsoft Windows - Server 2008 Launch DateWhy did you revert my change of the launch date of Windows Server 2008. I changed it from "March 2008 (planned)" to "February 2008"? In any case its been edited back to my change by other people.
OK thanks. I'm new to editing pages etc so here's my sig --Dj789 (talk) 13:11, 12 March 2008 (UTC) [edit] Thanks for your support!Hello, and thanks for your support in my recent RFA! The final result was 61/0/3, so I've been issued the mop! I'm extremely grateful for your confidence in me and will strive to live up to it. [edit] Tell me somethingWhy did you undo the things I had erased from my talk page? I demand an explanation--J.C. (talk) 02:55, 7 April 2008 (UTC) [edit] SO...what you have said is true, I admit it. But anyway, can I erase those messages? Are they old enough?--J.C. (talk) 01:56, 8 April 2008 (UTC) [edit] Ok thenOk, i'll go on and erase my page. Thanks anyway. Now I can really be right if someone comes up to me and tells me I cannot erase my Talk page. As I don't want to keep anything, I'll erase it all. Thanks--J.C. (talk) 22:55, 8 April 2008 (UTC) [edit] Movie series orderPlease see Talk:Star_Wars_Episode_IV:_A_New_Hope. So far WP:Concensus and Wikipedia policy seems to be against you so far. Dp76764 (talk) 21:48, 9 April 2008 (UTC) [edit] ReI would remind you to read up on consensus and guidelines concerning ownership of articles. I have violated nothing, although, by your own stantards, you are in violation yourself since you're already reverting WITHOUT finishing the discussion. Thank you for your "commands", but they are without merit. TheRealFennShysa (talk) 22:01, 9 April 2008 (UTC) [edit] Windows templateHey, let's have a conversation on Template talk:Microsoft Windows family and figure out what to do. It's a tricky because both you and Soum are right in what you're trying to do, but I think the real culprit here might actually be the articles themselves, which is making it harder to have a clear sense of what the template should contain. Going back and forth with duelling edits isn't going to solve it... I know we can work it out. :-) -/- Warren 19:33, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] WP1.0Sorry about that mixup! Your name seemed familiar, but I was quickly trying to welcome a few folks before I went to bed (yes, I was tired) and I saw the edit to your entry on the Participants page. Anyway - you mentioned Core Topics in that as your interest - can you tell me how you want to work in that area? Do you want to help improve some of the weaker core articles, or maybe to review core/vital articles for V0.7? Thanks, Walkerma (talk) 20:47, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Thanks...... for the reverts on my userpage :) .--Kubigula (talk) 21:02, 13 April 2008 (UTC) [edit] My RfA...Thank you...
...for your participation in my RFA, which closed with 85 supports, 2 neutrals and 1 oppose. I'm extremely grateful for all the the kind comments from so many brilliant Wikipedians I've come to respect and admire, as well as many others I've not yet had the pleasure of working with, and I'll do my best to put my shiny new mop and bucket to good use! Once again, thank you ;)
EyeSerenetalk 17:38, 14 April 2008 (UTC) [edit] NTFS "superseded" FATI'm curious where you find a source which states that NTFS "follows" FAT rather than superseding it. Microsoft is rather insistent that FAT is deprecated. Tedickey (talk) 11:37, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Correction to Windows 2000May I correct you regarding the edits you made to the Windows 2000 article. According to this page, users who own a Windows 2000 license are eligible to buy the upgrade version of Windows Vista. That is, the license permits upgrading from Windows 2000. However, the setup routine for Vista does not support upgrading a Windows 2000 installation, it requires users to do a clean install. Are you getting the difference? That is what that article clearly mentioned. In fact the same thing applies to 'Windows XP Professional x64' too. Read what is written on that page: "If you are currently using Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP Professional x64, you are eligible for an upgrade copy to a corresponding or better edition of Windows Vista, but a clean install is required. Upgrade copies are not available for versions of Windows earlier than Windows 2000. These earlier versions of Windows require you to install a full copy of Windows Vista." And this is what I'd written in the Windows 2000 article: "While users of Windows 2000 are eligible to receive the upgrade license for Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008, neither of these operating systems can directly perform an upgrade installation from Windows 2000." I hope it is clear now. :) Please verify the edits you make. Xpclient (talk) 18:47, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] ThanksFor the comment on my talk page. Sorry for the slowness on the coaching page; I'll get some more questions for you soon (most likely tomorrow). Acalamari 20:18, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
