62: A Model Kit (translated from 62/Modelo para armar) is a novel by Julio Cortázar published on 1968. The book is a literary experiment that ranks among the most important novels written in Spanish in the 20th century. It was written in Paris between Hopscotch and the release of Around the Day in Eighty Worlds in 1967.

62/Model fulfills Julio Cortázar's terrifying alter ego from Hopscotch's character of Morelli in Chapter 62 and conveys the idea on how to restructure or build life in any city after a fall. The novel also influences Bela Lugosi and Groucho Marx cameo appearances in Thomas Pynchon's Against the Day.
