[edit] Good Article Review - On Hold
The current content is fine, with just a few things to rectify before being promoted to Good status.
- "Ghost also features a fifteen-minute song comprised mostly of electronic noises." The sentence is pretty irrelevant to the lead and should be removed.
- "Tweedy entered a rehab clinic shortly before the release of the album, delaying its release by two weeks. It also shortened its promotional tour." Somewhat listy. Could be "Tweedy entered rehab for <reason for entering>, delaying the album's release by two weeks; this would also shorten the ensuing tour."
- "A Ghost Is Born was the first Wilco album with multi-instrumentalist Mikael Jorgensen--he had previously worked as an engineer with the band on their collaboration with The Minus 5." The dashes should be converted to a semicolon.
- "It was the highest peak and best sales week ever for the band." Awkward and grammatically incorrect. Also, if it is true, it needs to be sourced.
- "Although they had been nominated before, they were Wilco's first Grammy Awards" Subject issues.
- "Wilco began touring before the album was scheduled to be released." could be more concise as "Wilco began touring in support of Ghost even before the album had been released."
This is all that's keeping the article from Good status. If the above outline is not addressed within 7 days, though, the article can be failed at any time, without any notice. NSR77 TC 19:16, 28 July 2007 (UTC)
