[edit] Trivia
- Indie rock band, Hope of the States named a song on their 2004 debut album The Lost Riots after the novel, however due to unspecified legal reasons, the song could not be included in the tracklisting. Despite this, the song was made available as a hidden track on the album, accessible by letting the last track play or by fast-forwarding ten minutes.
