Talk:a balladeer

[edit] No reason for deletion
I believe that the article is suitable enough for staying. I might be the original creator, but don't think I'm ticked off or anything, it's just that I check 'my' articles from time to time. Anyway, the criteria on which the article was deleted don't seem to match up with the article. It is written in a formal encyclopedic style, good for Wikipedia. The fact that a balladeer isn't all that known, doesn't add anything. There are tons of articles not worthy of having, and I believe this is one of worth of keeping. I'm not trying to advertise this band, I just happen to make an article about them. --Soetermans 11:10, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- Don't delete the PROD tag yourself, please. Betaeleven 13:54, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
Why not? The tag states: If you can address this concern by improving, copyediting, sourcing, renaming or merging the page, please edit this page and do so. You may remove this message if you improve the article, or if you otherwise object to deletion of the article for any reason. To avoid confusion, it helps to explain why you object to the deletion, either in the edit summary or on the talk page. If this template is removed, it should not be replaced. So it seems I am in my right to delete it, right? --Soetermans 16:17, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- Perhaps you're correct. I've deleted the PROD tag in favor of AFD. Betaeleven 20:28, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
